    About Hilary Catron

    Hilary Catron currently holds a 5th degree (Master Ranking) in the Universal Taekwondo Association. She has been active in Taekwondo for over 16 years and has competed in several regional and national tournaments. She has medaled in the Junior Olympics, USSSA National Qualifiers, and is one of only two women in the last 15 years to win the Grand Champion Forms competition at the Hastings Regional Tournament. Ms. Catron also teaches women’s self-defense courses and youth self-defense programs.

    Ms. Catron is an active member of the Heartland Martial Arts League and is a co-director for the Cornhusker State Games Taekwondo competition.

    Ms. Catron lives in Omaha, Nebraska where she is employed as an inpatient Dietitian at The Nebraska Medical Center and serves as a Dietitian in a volunteer capacity for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Nebraska. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Nutritional Science and Dietetics with a research focus in ALS and academic focus in nutrient metabolism.
